Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

wish to return, cancel, or request a refund for your order. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns,
refunds, and cancellations.

  1. When Can You Return a Product?
    You are eligible for a return if:
  • You received a faulty or defective product (e.g., damaged or leaked attar bottle).
  • You received a different product from what you ordered.
    Important: For any complaint regarding a faulty delivery (e.g., product stolen from package, damaged product,
    empty package), you must provide an unboxing video as proof. Without this video, no complaint will be
    entertained.
  1. Products That Cannot Be Returned
  • Used products.
  • Branded products where the seal has been broken.
  • Products purchased during sales or discounts.
  1. Conditions for Returning Products
  • Product must be in original condition, with all bills, tags, labels intact.
  • Product must be unused and unsoiled.
  • Brand packaging must be intact.
  • Replacement is subject to product availability at the time.
  1. Refund Eligibility
  • Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 93261 73663 within 1 day of receiving the product.
  • Your message must include: name/image of the product, order ID, and a detailed description of the issue.
  • Disputes raised after 1 day of delivery will only be entertained at the discretion of our team.
  • Once approved, you must send the product back to us within 3 days.
  1. Cancellation Policy
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after 2 hours of placing them.
  • If the product has not yet been dispatched, we may cancel it upon request.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of a pricing error or if the product is out of stock.
