- You received a different product from what you ordered.
Important: For any complaint regarding a faulty delivery (e.g., product stolen from package, damaged product,
empty package), you must provide an unboxing video as proof. Without this video, no complaint will be
entertained.

- Product must be in original condition, with all bills, tags, labels intact.
- Product must be unused and unsoiled.
